Overcharged by Spotify when renewing subscription

Hi Spotify, I changed my credit card and went to update my information. Every time I updated my information, it said that there was something wrong and a red screen came up. I checked both my cards and I have been charged a total of 7 times. I want to confirm that I have paid, and paid only once. The charges have come out as 9.99 and 10.66. I have had 5 charges of 9.99 and 2 of 10.66.

I do not have multiple accounts. I have one account that I have paid for monthly for years.
