Overcharged free is not free!

I clicked on a 99c add on Facebook for 1 month of premium. I was charged 9.99 off the bat and figured it would be reversed. Only to still see the charge after the month, I sent Spotify an email through a community site since that and twitter is their only form of communication and was charged another 9.99. What poor business practice. I cannot believe they are able to continue ripping people off. I cancelled my credit card and they still managed to charge me. I'm going to now dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will next blast then on twitter and Facebook! From reading the forum posts I'm not the only one. Good luck I guess the better business bureau should be notified too. How sad!

Correction not free, it was try premium for 99c not 9.99
