Overcharged

Every months a pat the basic premium fee which I'm totally fine with , this month I was charged 131.00 for a 12 month subscription. I am needing that refunded back to me and I will continue to pay my regular monthly fee as I usually do .
I've sent emails case 05483023 . & no one has gotten back to me .
It is pretty ridiculous that there is no contact number to speak to an ACTUAL Spotify rep . What am I needing to do and how do j get this money back ?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

I was charged for a 12 month subscription when I pay monthly . I would like that refunded back to me minus this months subscription fee . And on top of being charged that my premium Spotify isn't even working . Please email me back asap as I need those funds back in my account . Thanks .
