I just looked at my bank statement and Spotify charged me 9.99 instead of 4.99. How can this be fixed?

Do you have the Student Discount? If so, when did you sign up to the Student Discount?

I signed up a year ago, but recently renewed it.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your issue.
