Hello there, <br><br>I have a student discount on my premium subscription, meaning I should be getting 50% off each month. Recently I have noticed I am being billed the full £9.99 a month, when I was previously getting the discounted rate. Please advise me on what to do about this as I'm rather unhappy about this. <br><br>Yours faithfully<br>Harriet whiting.

Since this is a billing issue, I suggest reaching out to the official support team by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is worth checking your receipts on your online account:
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

In the UK, especially with the NUS discount the discount is only valid for 12 months according to the offer terms, after which time you go back to be billed the normal amount.
