There are certain terms and conditions to the premium promos. Have you ever used Spotify Premium in the past or taken advantage of another similar offer?
Hey there @Chillersalazar - gotcha. That's likely the culprit. The discounted/free promo offers are to let people who have never had the chance to fall in love with Spotify do so.
