@mfergracia - Not sure I quite understand you issue here.

 

If you would like support in Spanish, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. 🙂 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have a $300.00 pesos Spotify prepay card, and you have this promotion: 3 months for 99 pesos... now... I want to use the whooooole credit... not only for 1 month, I want to pay 3 months... WHY?! BECAUSE I HAVE A 300 PESOS CARD!!! And in the instructions says that this card can only be use for one single time.

 

What can I do?
