My Question or Issue

I'm trying to reset my spotify account but I need to do it with an old e-mail account which password I don't remember either. So, is there any way to log in or necessarily I need to create a new one? I would appreciate recovering my old account if it's possible.

Could you try resetting your password here, and enter any email addresses into the password reset form? If that doesn't help and you don't remember your email address or username you used to sign up with your Spotify account, then you'll need to create a new account.
