I am trying to delete the payment for my spotify premium because im not using it.. but it says i am spotify free on my account.. therefore i cannot stop the payment And each month it goes away 99,- from my bank account. I have tried logged in and out and updated the spotify app but nothing works.. what should i do??

You may get in touch with Spotify by following this link to send an e-mail.
