PLEASE HELP ME!!!

So I'm apart of a family package. My mom pays for it. So she started with one credit card and it got stollen a little bit agai so she had to get a new one. So when the time came around where she had to pay again for premium for all of us, she made it to where it automatically charged to her stollen credit card. So since she cancelled that we all lost our premium, so now she's using her new card, but all of our accounts went to the non-premium and so my mom sent me a link to re get the premium but it's wanting me to put in a invitation code but I never got one and neither did she. I'm so confused. Please help

Hey @karlee_b,

 

I'd recommend that you tell her to send you the invite link manually, instead of sending you the invite via Email.
