PLEASE LET ME CHANGE MY COUNTRY SO I CAN CHANGE PAYMENT INFO

I've been trying for weeks to change my country from Australia to Hong Kong so I can pay for it with my bank account there - but every time I change country, it never saves it and won't allow me to use my HK paypal to pay. Can an admin just change my country for me???? This is really pissing me off - it should be straightforward. Please see the attachment of me trying to switch countries, where upon it does nothing, and won't let me use my HK paypal.

Hey there @lxscipio and welcome to the community!

 

This is odd. Have you tried doing this process through another browser or after clearing your browser's cache memory (opening an incognito window is another option)? If the problem persists, you should get in touch with Spotify so that a member of the staff can do their magic 🙂 To do that, you can either use the contact form or their twitter handle @SpotifyCares

Make sure, if you've sent the form, to reply to the automated email you'll receive even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
