PLZ HELP - WE CAN'T FIND OUR COMPANY PROFILE IN SEARCH BAR

Dear all,

Can you plz help? We recently created a new premium account for the fashion brand Matinique. We are currently creating playlists to support our brand universe.  But we can't find the profile matinique_official in the search bar. Is this because we created the profile two days ago? Do we need to wait for the system to actually register our presence? We created the account with an email and a username. 

Thank you so much in advance. We hope to resolve this issue asap, as we are planning to use/communicate the playlist very soon...
