Hi, I bought premium a few days ago but it doesn't work. I tried logging out, and also deleting and installing the app again. My money is paid, but I am not able to use premium!

I have not used the credit card method, the price was added to my phone bill. I received a message saying that my spotify has been activated, still it does not work 😞
Have you received a receipt from Spotify via Email?
No I didn't receive an email but an SMS from Vodafone, my phone tariff
