Bought spotify premium today, got my receipt and everything and it says on my account that I have an active spotify premium but I still can't listen on my phone? HELP

Give it a little time, sometimes there can be a slight delay between your account showing as premium and it being recognised on your devices.
Later, if its still not working I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
