PREMIUM SERVICE STOP WORKING AFTER BILLING

I have had this problem before where i get the premium service billed and pay for and then cannot access my service can only access the radio... I have no reason why this happens but it's frustrating...

I was just billed on November 25th and now the service doesn't work...

 

 

Please help.

The same thing happened to me, I was paying premium service for more than a year now and
I never I got the premium services that I paid for.. Please help.....

Are you sure the payments have all gone through correctly? 

I would suggest you both get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you.
