Mudei minha conta para o plano familiar, mas toda vez que meus familiares aceitam o convite, nao aparece a pagina de confirmacao e o convite, na minha configuracao, fica como pendente, mesmo eles ja tendo aceitado varias vezes.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. We understand that you're family members are not able to accept your invitations. First, keep in mind that they have to be residing in the same household as you for this to work. 

If that's not the issue, try sending invites to alternate email addresses they might own, and let us know how it goes by sending more info and screenshots.
