PROBLEMAS PARA **bleep** DE PLANO PREMIUM

Prezados, 

Meu problema com Spotify e no **bleep**...nao consigo realizar os **bleep** e minha conta ja esta em FREE. Todos os cartoes de Credito que uso nao estao recusando mas no site do spotify sempre da erro inclusive na forma de **bleep** BOLETO. Acredito que cancelando minha assinatura e fazendo uma nova, possa resolver...mas ai tem outro problema. Preciso cancelar minha conta no Spotify e no login de minha conta, no campo assinaturas, nao mostra opcoes de cancelamento, mostra apenas a opcao de adquirir o premmium. quero cancelar minha conta...como proceder. Entrem em contato comigo URGENTE.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you're having an issue with your account, but we didn't quite get exactly where the issue lies. We do however understand that you're logging in on a Free account even though you have Premium. Your Premium subscription may be registered on another account, and there's a very helpful article with steps you can take here.

After that, you can cancel the subscription with these steps.
