PS4 College Broadcast incompatible

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure how to connect my PS4 to my new Spotify Account I made with my new Facebook account on my college campus (Marist). My school uses a separate wifi server for personal devices like my PS4 and general devices like laptops and cell phones so I can not broadcast my device to my ps4. When I try to log in manually with my Facebook credentials it does not work. However it does work with my older Facebook account. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
