PS4 login not working

I have been trying to log on to Spotify on my PS4, but it did not take my log-in. After a long time i found out that i needed to use another username and password, so i tryed that and it worked - but not at all either. It accepts my log-in, but it just takes be back to the the option to log in again - and again - and again. I dont know what to do and it is driving me CRAZY!! Nor can i use the Connect, because it cannot link my account.... Can anyone help me?

Hey there,

You should be able to listen to Music through your PS4 System by using the App on the Phone and connect it to the same Wi-Fi. You should able to switch devices on the Phone to the PS4 System. After that you will be able to pause or change to any song you like through the PS4 System. Unfortunately you still won't be able to sign in and use the full features on the PS4 for some reason, but it's one way to use it. Hope I could help a bit.

That’s the “connect” I’m talking about and I cannot use it...
