PSN Account Stealing My Spotify

So essentially, I need help on how to remove a Playstation device from my devices. I don't own a playstation nor does anybody I know do, but somehow my spotify is being used on a PS3. Is there a way to get their information? Like the PSN ID etc? I've heard for some idiotic reason when you go to "SIgn-out of all devices" it doesnt work on playstation accounts. So, I've tried that and still, my account is being used by somebody I don't even know, and its quite unsettling.

PS. Spotify really needs to have a calling center for situations like these. I'd rather get it settled ASAP instead of waiting for replies.

Spotify takes compromised accounts very seriously, and have several steps in place to stop unauthorised access. I understand that you signed out of everywhere, however, have you updated your password? 

You can change that here: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

You then can remove the Playstation from your apps list, here: https://www.spotify.com/account/apps/
