Notei que no último mês minha assinatura veio duplicada na fatura do meu cartão, como devo proceder para resolver o problema?

As cobranças foram no mesmo dia? Qual o valor de cada?

 

Quando você acessa o painel da sua conta e vê os recibos, ambas as cobranças aparecem?

As cobranças foram no mesmo dia? Qual o valor de cada?

 

Quando você acessa o painel da sua conta e vê os recibos, ambas as cobranças aparecem?

Uma cobrança veio no dia 20/02 e a outra no dia 20/03, iguais aos recibos, o que estranhei foi por causa do período da fatura, obrigado pela dica!

Olá. No dia 4 de junho tentei comprar a oferta de 1,99 por 3 meses porém não dava certo e a compra não conseguia ser finalizada. Não recebi e-mail de pagamento, nenhuma confirmação e apenas deixei de lado. Hoje (05/04) verifiquei a fatura do cartão e nela consta o pagamento de DUAS ofertas, sendo que minha conta ainda continua free. Não estou vinculado à outra conta e já fui em recibos e não contém nada. Por favor me ajude.

Já verificou se alguns dias depois houve o estorno das mesmas?

Nesse link não aparece dois lançamentos, porém na fatura do meu cartão tem dois lançamentos no mesmo dia do Spotify. Com descrição DM*SPOTIFY E EBN*SPOTIFY

That being said, it's important to take into account that we charge each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check:

  1. We'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can take a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.
  2. It's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
  3. It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you were charged twice. You can check this article to find out if perhaps you have another account.
