Paguei a conta premium e não consigo usar

Boa tarde,
Paguei a conta premium pelo boleto, mas paguei online, mas até agora não consigo usar, alguem pode me ajudar ?

Depois que pagamos com boleto, recebemos um e-mail de confirmação. A partir daí o Premium é ativado num prazo de até 5 dias úteis.

Vc já recebeu o e-mail?

Já vi muitas vezes por aqui usuários pagarem uma conta e acessarem outra...
