Paguei a conta premium e somente depois que entrei na minha conta vi que teria que ser a familiar  logo em seguida paguei a familiar tudo foi pago no cartao de credito, como faco para estornar o valor da premium e ficar somente a familiar

Just to clarify, are you joining the plan as a member or the owner of the plan?

If you were previously on a regular Premium subscription but recently joined a Premium for Family plan as a member, any future payments will switch to the plan's owner.

In that case, no worries, any Premium time you've already paid for will resume when you leave the family plan. 

However, if you want to upgrade from a regular Premium subscription to Premium for Family as the plan's owner, you won't be charged for the plan's rate right away.

Nevertheless, your next payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.
