Paguei pelo premium familiar e a conta permanece free

Me cadastrei na conta premium familiar e já comecei a usar a conta premium. Realizei o pagamento pelo cartão no dia 05/10 e no dia seguinte já estava com a conta free de novo. Gostaria de receber o estorno do valor pro cartão. Aguardo resposta
