Paid $0.99 for premium deal, received error on payment which came out but no premium subscription

I had two hours left to claim the $0.99 for 3 months of premium subscription. I went to pay for this and it encountered an error saying that I had previously already received such a deal (which I had not). The money has come out of my account though I have not been upgraded. It was only after that I had realised that I had not verified my account prior to attempting to pay for the premium subscription. Can you please fix this upgrade?
