Hello, I'm using paypal to pay for my monthly subscription.

I got a mail saying that the payment wasn't done so I paid for one more month, however after checking my paypal I saw that 2 payments were done the 30 Nov.

One is already done and the other one is still pending, is it possible to cancel one of them or to get a refund ?

Hey @amine1996

If you've been double charged the chances are you got double Premium 🙂

You can check here and your next payment date should be two Billing cycles away instead of one 🙂
