Paid £4.99 for Premium, now I gotta pay £9.99 because of new payment method.

Since I changed payment method my premium account is paused, If I want to renew it I gotta pay £9.99 /month.

I paid £4.99 /month before this issue, I didn't get any notifications about the new price so I assume the £9.99 is only for new users.

Can I backup somehow?

Were you paying for the student discounted price? If so, I think your student plan has expired that's why it reverted to the full price.
