Hopefully someone can help.
I was on premium on my android phone. I lost bank card and needed to add new card.
Instead I paid via desktop. I have premium now on my laptop but my phone app is still at basic service.
My play lists are availbale and playable on the laptop however I cannot play my playlists on my mobile.
I have synced and logged in and out of both laptop and app.

When you say you can't play your playlists, are you saying they appear on your android? What happens when you try to play a track - do you get an error message? Your subscription status on this page definitely says you have an active premium subscription?
