Paid but playlists still saying 0 tracks

Paid but playlists still saying 0 tracks

Playlists saying 0 tracks and can't listen to anything on my iPhone,checked bank and money has left my account...any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, I don't use the iPhone version, but I'd try logging out and back in, or even un- & reinstall the app. If that won't help, check if the tracks you'd like to sync are available (on spotify's desktop version). Cheers!

Iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling just says I cannot stream without premium which I have and have paid for ,is there a number I can call to try and rectify the problem thanks

Make sure you are loggin in with the right username and password, also did you sign up for your account through facebook? or is it an old Spotify account?
