Paid, but still on Free

Hi,

 

I have posted since Monday in regarding to my account, which is stated as premium on the account overview, yet appeared 'Free' on both my desktop as well as Android Device. Have tried to un-install and re-install on both the PC and Mobile, logged in and out and in again, but nothing is working. I am practically wasting money till the next payment date, can Spotify do something about this, i am really dissappointed with the service, no replies to my thread till now since monday, and i see other issues being ractify on the other thread posted on similar days.

Hey,

 

I recommend you reach out to Spotify since your Account Overview is showing Premium and you have tried to uninstall and reinstall. You can do that by going to the contact form, then clicking 'Subscription', then 'Paid for Premium but I am still on Free'.
