Paid for 12 months Family and renewal is in 8 months

Just paid for 12 month family subscription and expected renewal in 12 months.  My account now states that renewal is in August.  I tried spotify but then didnt use it many months ago.  Should I have just signed for the per month subscription?

Hey @tom_goerke,

Can you please provide a few more details about the issue? As far as I know, Premium for Family is only available as a monthly subscription.

Sure.  On the 21 Dec 2016 I paid $143.8 8 for Spotify Premium.  When I check my account status:

Premium for Family

Your subscription renews automatically on 21/08/2017. You'll be charged $17.99.

Thus I paid for 12 monthts and received 8.  Any idea on how I speak to someone at Spotify?  Thanks.
