Paid for 3 for 1 Premium but no upgrade

Paid for 3 for 1 Premium but no upgrade

Paid for 3 for 1 premium service on Friday and still no upgrade on Sunday night. You have my money and I have nothing in return

I did a clean reinstall per instructions and still no upgrade.

Now it seems the only way to resolve issue is to join your community. No help email? 

I am not impressed.

Does your account overview show an active premium subscription and are you sure you have logged in with the correct credentials? It's annoyingly easy to log into spotify using a username instead of your facebook credentials (or the other way around) and end up on a new free account. You could try logging out and back in to check this.

Prior to posting, my account indicated only a free subscription but is now indicating premium. I now have premium access with the spotify app but am told I need to upgrade to premium when trying to use spotify with sonos.

Did you follow the instructions on the Sonos page?
