Paid for Passive Account, How To Cancel?

I used my credit card for my old friend Spotify account. I learned last week, she left my credit card informations a long ago and used her own credit card to bill account. Now I want to unlink my credit card from her Spotify account, but I cannot and I am paying 10 liras per month. How to cancel this payment?

Maybe you can send her a message so she updates her account's payment method or cancels the subscription?

She cannot do that... Her knowledge is not sufficient to cancel previous payment. If she could manage that, I didnt ask here... 

Is there another way? I dont want to pay unnecessary 10 liras per month for nothing.
