Paid for Premium Family, account shows just Premium

I had myself kicked off of my brother-in-law's Premium Family so that I could start one of my own. I paid the full year in advance. My account shows as Premium, but I have no access to the Family Premium side. The link doesn't exist so I cannot add anyone or otherwise manage the plan.

Can you please visit your account overview page and check that it's indeed showing "Premium Family" ?

 

Furthermore, you can also view your "Receipts" tab to make sure payments are through as they should.
