Paid for Premium but I'm still on Free!

Hi, I need help.
I recently purchased the Spotify premium at $9.90. When I go into my app, it still says I'm free.
I then went to log out and logged back in, it still says I'm free. I went to delete the app and reinstalled it and logged back in, I'm still on Free!
I tried accessing to my account on other devices, it's still Free.
I've checked my subscription page and I'm definitely on Premium.
I've already asked help on Twitter but they're replying too slow.
I don't want to waste my $9.90 for nothing.
Can someone help?

Twitter is the best contact method. You can always use the contact form here.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
