Paid for Spotify Premium and wasn't upgraded

Hi, I´m from Mexico and I´m having problems with my payments since I paid to upgrade my free account to a premium account. The charge was made given that I have received the notification from my bank. It's worth mentioning that the charge was made twice...

Please help.

I have logged out and logged in several times and nothing happend I even un-installed the program and reinstalled it on both my computer and phone again with no positive results...

You'll need to contact support here so they can help you sort this out.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
