Paid for Unlimited, have receipt, Spotify says I have Free

Paid for Unlimited, have receipt, Spotify says I have Free

I had a free account on another computer, upgraded to Unlimited, downloaded the software, paid and received confirmation, yet Spotify still shows I have a Free account.  Someone help, or cancel my account now, please.  Thanks.

Just log out and login back to Spotify from File in Spotify.

Please click File --> Logout, then login again - that should update the program 🙂

If you still can't get Spotify to activate with your current subscription:

 

Spotify can help you with this if you contact them directly.

A reply may take some time due to a heavy amount of emails.

Lowdbrent - When you do log in, make sure you use the username 'handybrent' and your Spotify password. Not your Facebook details.
