Paid for family premium but account is still free?

Paid for family premium but account is still free?

Hoping people can help out with this. I am part of a group that paid for Spotify Premium Family, but out of all the people in the account, mine suddenly switched right back to being free.

 

I received an email to verify my address and put in the same postal code as all the other members, and there didn't seem to be an issue since I never got another email, but my premium subscription has suddently been revoked.
