Paid for premium and havent got it

Hi,

I paid for premium on Thursday night but I always cancel the subscription soon after because I don't want to be charged the next month as its only whilst I'm on holiday I need it, the payment has gone through, I've reinstalled the app, but it still says I'm on free, however I did have premium on Friday whilst on the plane. How do I get premium back as I need it for the plane tomorrow??

If you cancel your subscription premium goes away in some cases it happens soon after and in others it goes slower. Don't cancel your subscription until you are finished with premium usage. Or if you chose, buy premium for the year and that way you can listen to whatever music you want whereever and whenever you want, including vacation.
