Paid for premium but doesn't work

Hi, 

 

a few minutes ago i created an new spotify account on my samsung tablet. I had already paid for premium. 

Afther that i wanted to sing in on my smartphone. This indicated the username and password were not correct. So i created i new password. 

after that I have logged in again on both devices. but i don't have a premium account anymore,but the amount of 0.01 cents has been deducted from my bank account.

 

What is happend? and how can i solve this problem?

It might be possible that you have two different accounts. The information in here could help you out.
