I have the same problem, only that I manage to play Spotify on my phone, but commercials still disrupt the music when I'm at my computer. I payed via Store Receipt and I got it clear that Premium was in work when I confirmed the code etc. Obviously, as previously stated, it works to the degree as of my phone, but not computer. This is also the first time I use Premium.
