I purchased premium for my account but it doesnt appear to have reflected onto my client gui, im still getting adverts etc, can an admin please email me and i'l forward my reciept.

I've got the same problem! Succesfully bought premium as my subscription canceled couple of weeks ago and according to spotify website, my phone and my computer I'm still using free! I've got my receipt to my email and everything!

Hi. My Suscription is working fine: "Du hast ein aktives Abonnement für Spotify Premium. Das Abonnement wird automatisch verlängert und dir werden am 2012-05-16 9,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du nicht vorher kündigst." And my iPhone knows it. But my Desktop (Windows7) Spotify doesn't get this information and annoys me with commercials and breaks... what can i do? Exept restarting and login/logout? Because i won't pay the full price for a half service ... german customer support doesn't even react on mails ... thx
Got the exact same problem and support site dosent seem to be reacting or answering to my support tickets. Would be great to know how to solve this.
alfst- I can confirm that Premium upgrade has gone through on your account.
Please perform a clean reinstallation of the Spotify app on your desktop. Then be sure you log in with your Facebook email address and password.
