Paid for premium, but it hasn't updated.

Paid for premium, but it hasn't updated.

I have paid for Spotify premium and it hasn't updated. There is no confirmation email either. However the transaction is on my PayPal. What shall I do ???

Can you make sure that this payment isn't pending/pre-auth?

Hi, the payment has gone through I have checked, It isn't pending/pre auth.
