Paid for premium, but it's not working. URGENT

I forgot my password, so I reset it. They sent me a link in my email to go to change it and I did. While on that website I paid for Spotify premium and used the student discount. When I went back to log in on the actual app, it's still the original Spotify, but the 4.99 is already taken out my account!

Do you've tried to reinstall your client ? Here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

That solved the issue in the most cases. ^^

So i bought the student premuim and i got charged for it and everything and restarted uninstalled and everything and its been a week and i still says its on free. is there a way i can talk to a real person any tips because i am getting charged for something i cant even use
