Hi there, I have a receipt etc that subscription to premium is paid, but I've tried closing app, starting again etc etc, but still not showing up, especially when trying to get into Sonos. Help please,,so frustrating!
Hello there thanks for posting to the Spotify Community! Do you have just the one account on Spotify? Check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
