Paid for subscription but my account is still free

Paid for subscription but my account is still free

This morning I recieved a prepaid card and used that to pay for a subscription. However I am still on a free account. I never got a reciept and this is the only account I have. The card was charged. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay.


You can always keep track of your subscription by heading to your account page


If you can see there that the payment went through successfully and your account is on Premium, we'd recommend logging out and back in your Spotify account on your device to shake things up.
