Paid for the 3 month offer but got one month

I paid for the 9.99 € offer of premium for 3 months but I only got one month (according to my subscription information). I had premium before but that ended at approx 10 September.

The special deal is actually 3 months for 0,99 €, so you must have misread and purchased the normal 1 month for 9,99 € subscription. Could you take a look at the Receipts tab of your Account page and tell me everything that is listed there?

There is also the 3 month for 9.99€ if you have already had premium before (see the attachment), and I used those links to get my subscription. And my receipt also shows that I bought it for 9.99, but the subscription says that it ends at 25-1.

Just bought Spotify premium, also for 9,99. And also the same problem, after i paid the 9,99 i got an e-mail that its for 1 month and not for 3??

I wasn't aware that was an option, I guess my horizons have been broadened 🙂 Okay, it sounds like you should get in contact with Spotify customer service so they can have a look and fix your subscriptions. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email.
