Paid subscription, no spotify..

Paid subscription, no spotify..

I recently changed phone and I've paid 3 months subscription but it hasn't transferred to my new phone.How do I rectify this?

Hi there,


It's a monthly subscription, so it really has nothing to do with your phone. You'll want to reinstall the app on your new phone and login. Should be good to go from there.
