Paid twice in one month

Paid twice in one month

Hi.

I wanted to subscribe for Spotify family and by mistake I subscribed for regular 9.99 per month. I continued and also subscribed for Spotify family with 10 min. Everything is working fine but I was charged 9.99 and 14.99 for Oktober 2016. Even the 9.99 was never in use. Send email. No reply. So I am still expecting a credit on my PayPal after 4 weeks.

Hey @papajoerch,

 

Spotify Support usually replies to all requests within 48 hours. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

I am still wating for reimbursed 9,99 Euro for October. The Mail did not went into Spam. I received this mail twice in my account.
