Paid with an username and can´t access anymore, not even to cancel the subscription!!

I have a gmail account and I tried the trick to get free trials (putting dots in the email when i'm creating new accounts), but when I decided to pay Premium I did it logged in with an username different to the original, so I can´t log in in any of my devices with my premium subscription because it takes me to the original username which is free so how am I able to cancel the subscription???? Please help.

I'm having issues logging into my account , the system seems to have forgotten me however it hasn't forgotten my credit card no. I have been billed for 2 mos now yet unable to get to music.
